good luck with that!
Pretty reasonable considering it’s well established.
didn’t knew abt u owning one more MMO blog …
stratosg – Thanks!
The Blogger Source – I was gonna set the BIN a bit higher than this, but decided that it would be better to keep it low.
Looks good bro; good luck with it all!
Good luck! Only $200 or am I reading that wrong?
Donace – Thanks
Fenix – $200 is the current bid, the BIN price is $1,467
Good luck with it!
Great man.. good luck? Btw, wassup with this figure 1467?
Best CSS Gallery – Thanks
Ajith – $1,467 Is the magic number I see everyone using, so I thought I’d go along and try it out myself!
very interesting. was looking at getting into the digital project game myself. you say little traffic/seo building, but earning 60+ from sales alone in a couple weeks is pretty significant imo. that’s a repeatable process for large amounts
i will say i REALLY liked the contest you ran. that was one helluvan idea. And one i’m going to pocket for later usage
Ah okay… I see that 1467 has its individual adjascent digit differences making it 3-2-1
Not sure if that means anything
korprit zombie – That’s exactly why I liked the idea of blog/site flipping the moment I set my eyes upon it
Ajith – No, it’s not that. It’s kinda like what you see in stores – things cost $99.99 instead of plain $100. Why? Simply because people consider the first being relatively cheaper for some reason.
Kinda like all the eBook you see being sold. None go for $15, but $14.95 and none go for $100, but $97
To follow up with adjith, there are marketing studies that show certain numbers are more ‘warming’ to consumers. numbers ending in ’7′ tend to be the higher sellers. I don’t remember a full explanation for why, but the study showed that more products will sell if priced at 17 instead of 19, or 47 instead of 50.
you will see most pro marketers adhering to this rule to juice out a few more sales.
korr – Thanks for the extra explanation/information
budhal!
wish u luck brother!
dude seriously i am hoping you could sell that blog up so you can get back here to your main site which seems to be long abandoned..
I noticed this up for sale when I was browing around SP the other day – good luck with the sale, although I think the BIN may be a little too high
denologis – Thanks again
Melvin – Trust me, you have no idea how much I want that to happen as well! How about lending me a hand and buying the site yourself?
Nice domain. Probably somebody will make great blog there.
webkinz – Hopefully someone will BIN it soon
Rajaie,
Lets wait =) Good luck by the way =)
Site flipping is really profitable. Good luck with the sale, pal.
Hey, that domain sounds familiar!
I think I know the owner of that. Nice domain though, very much worth it I guess for that bin.
Norilyn Aspera – Hehe, I’m its owner!
Good luck with yor sale
It says that ” Auction Won”
So was your blog sold for 999$ ?
Congrats! You’ve made the sale…. not bad for a PR2 site
Ben – Thanks, looks like it went well
Rahul – Yup.
CigArest – Thanks, since this was my first time flipping a site, I really had no idea what to expect!
Well, surprises happen when you least expect it to. With such a stiff competition, $999 is a damn good sale.
CigArest – That is so true
(Which is exactly why I’m trying to expect surprises less and less lately!)
I guess it’s a win-win deal for the buyer as well as you. You must have made at least 500 bucks after discounting the cost of time and effort spent. The person who bought has huge potential to take it to a different level.
Congratulations!
Rajaie,
how it’s going with selling? =)
How I wish I can sell some sites on that kind of price.
Have you sold it or not yet? By the way, best of luck
@Logo Designer: It’s stated that the auction has been won…..
Nice sale Rajaie!
Why do you want to sell it your make money online blog? I know your blog is very good..
Congratulations! Nice theme
Only took you about 3 months to flip this blog for $1k? This is amazing! This motivates me to work harder on my blog. Congrats!
Well done. Good site for good price.
Looks like you make it happen, great success!
Wow, I wish I could get a good 1k for mine. Right onto my student loan payment.
Is this now sold?Any updates for this post? I am quite interested how is it going.
Congratulations u did it good work…..
Are there any people ready to buy it?I like the site and can not imagine how the selling is beeing done.
So what’s gonna be for this blog? It’s been awhile since you last updated it, Rajaie.
HI !
Thanks for your advice i will definitely look forward to this and hope this will solve my so many problems…..
So many blogs for sale. Would be good to roll into an existing blog.
Any update from Rajaie? its quite a long time now.
do u have to sell it ? well, good luck with the auction then !
How exactly do people decide price of a blog. Most important part about the blog is the writer / editor and with ownership change the charm might just go away. Are people able to maintain the same standards after buying them?
Wishing you the best of luck with your sale. I too would like to know at what price you set when selling a blog. Thanks!
Any updates about the selling? Cheers!
I wish you win this one. All the very best!
Looks like it sold for $999! Nice work
Good luck with that, I’m actually trying to buy my ideal domain name from someone else as well..
Did it sell??
Wow, wish that I could make that investment right now.
Are there any results already in sales?
congrats on that auction, any plans for the future as you haven’t updated your blog in a long time.
hey rajaie, i can pretty much guess you are selling links in some posts ryt?
Melvin, not selling, no; exchanging links.
I want to sell my ebook online. Can I use the clip art pictures from my microsoft word program? Do I need to get permission? I own the microsoft program.
Hey rajaietalks, congrats on the sales! I’ve been checking out your auction in the sitepoint, I think my blog can also sell at this price, but I will never sell my blog because it’s my first blog, unless the price is really high haha!
Regards,
Lee
Did it sell? What was the final price?
