Let’s Be Friends on Twitter

I’ve never really been one to promote my Twitter profile. Maybe that’s because I didn’t think it could help me Make Money on the Internet, or that it was nothing but a waste of time. Recently, however, I’ve started to realize how useful it can be for networking with others.

I don’t consider you guys to be my subscribes, nor readers, but as friends. Because of that, I thought that it would be pretty nice to know what you guys were up to by following you on Twitter.Twitter

  15. I just added you on twitter, I hope you add me as well. I’ve always wondered the same thing, I wonder if it actually helps at all? Can one get alot of traffic from Twitter? I’ve gotten some but not in the hundreds, I wonder if the only way to do that is to add hundreds of random people… Any thoughts?

    Jonathan – I honestly don’t think twitter can bring you a lot of traffic unless you’ve got thousands of subscribers. But no, I don’t think that way of gaining subscribers is very useful; it defeats the purpose of twitter.

  18. I’ve gone back and forth on Twitter… I never really see results (beneficial to my site) when I try to promote my profile, and so it seems like a waste of time to me. Of course, when you’re looking for friends it’s probably a great tool.
