The solar system was not very good metaphor. As far as I can understand what you want to say to people using solar system as an example of “some system” is a mistake. Solar system is a name and it is not kind of real system. Solar system means defined number of big celestial body’s and many smaller objects that currently are impossible to count. The whole solar system steering program is so complicated that none of us would understand it. There are so many variables that only thing we can do is to try to put all knowledge into simple theory. But there is no theory that would explain everything.
